Our Property and Whelping/Boarding Kennels
Our home is built on 55 acres with a 2 acre pond, that from time to time seems to partially dry up hence the name "Dry Pond Retrievers & Kennels". We are surrounded by open fields and woods. We have access to surrounding ponds and land for training and playtime. Our original kennels (now used for storage and the boys) were completed in June of 2015. In the summer of 2017 we started planning the new whelping and puppy rearing facility and completed it in the beginning of 2018. The kennels are located right behind our home and within walking distance from the pond. Our focus is cleanliness, safety and most of all providing a wonderful home to our soon to be Moms and their puppies. We consider ourselves as a boutique kennel structured to the needs to the dogs and families providing a home away home atmosphere to your 4-legged family members while they stay here. The new facility features 3 private whelping rooms, a large puppy rearing area and 6 climate controlled runs.
